At Urbanrivaaj, every piece of jewelry is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our hands. We take pride in the quality of every order we send out.

Our Policy

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, or personal taste. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out to us before placing your order if you have any questions.

Damaged or Defective Items

We completely understand that sometimes things can go wrong in transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you — no questions asked.

To qualify for a replacement, you must:

  • Record an unboxing video from the moment you open the package — do not stop recording until the full contents are visible
  • The video must clearly show the sealed packaging before opening, the opening process, and the damaged or defective item
  • Report the damage to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@urbanrivaaj.com with your order number and the unboxing video attached

Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery, or without a valid unboxing video, will not be eligible for replacement.

Why We Ask for an Unboxing Video

The unboxing video protects both you and us. It ensures that genuine damage claims are processed quickly and fairly, without unnecessary back-and-forth. We process all valid replacement requests within 2-3 business days.

Non-Replaceable Situations

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear
  • Tarnishing due to exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or moisture beyond our anti-tarnish guarantee period
  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video
